Call for economic resilience project prposals

 

Women’s Fund Armenia is announcing a call for economic resilience project proposals. The aim of this call is to support women’s business initiatives to ensure their economic resilience/sustainability, poverty alleviation, and women’s capacity building in borderline communities.

To participate in this call, you need to send your application proposal to contact@womenfundarmenia.org by April 26. Your application should be in PowerPoint format and address the following questions:.

  • Detailed presentation of the idea, its aims and description of the situation. 
  • What problem(s) is your program going to address? And to what extent is it related to women?
  • What impact will your program have on the community, what changes will it bring to the women of the community, and what is the key to the program’s sustainability?
  • Presentation of budget and expected expenditures.

The project proposal, along with the text, may include pictures, videos, infographics, and other tools that will make your idea as accessible as possible. Please be as creative as possible in presenting your ideas of economic stability.

Women entrepreneurs, women’s organizations and businesses can participate in this grant competition. Preference will be given to programs aimed at improving the economic situation of women in borderline communities and other marginalized groups. For the selected projects, Women’s Fund Armenia will organize training sessions on social entrepreneurship, budgeting and marketing.

The grant amount will be up to 1,600,000 AMD (including taxes).
