Hello, beautiful girls living in Armenia!
Are you eager to make a difference in your communities? Do you have great ideas to help girls like you achieve their dreams and goals? The Women’s Fund is here to support your vision.
We believe your ideas hold incredible power and influence, and we want to give you the opportunity to bring them to life. This grant announcement is just for you! We want to empower girls across Armenia to dream big and bring positive changes to their communities.
What should you know about this grant?
- Grants are specifically for adolescent girls and must address issues affecting teenage girls.
- You and your team will manage the support independently.
- The selection committee will consist of teenage girls.
- Present your idea realistically, but don’t be afraid to dream big!
- When submitting your idea, include your full name, phone number, and email address.
- The grant process involves meetings, visits, and gatherings with current and former adolescent partners, mentoring, and other opportunities. (This means your parents or guardians must be aware of your plans.)
- If you’re unsure whether to apply or not, definitely apply!
Who can apply?
You can apply if you are a girl aged 13-19, individually or with a team.
You can apply as friends, a school club, an organization—why not? We are waiting for your incredibly interesting ideas!
Grant amount: AMD 450,000 for your wonderful ideas (including taxes).
Each project must be completed within 4 months.
What do we expect?
We’re looking for unique ideas, peer-to-peer projects, and initiatives that will positively impact the quality of life for girls in your community. We value creativity and hope to see projects that continue even after the grant period ends.
How to apply?
Submit your answers to the following questions via video:
Create a 3-5 minute video describing your project or presenting a mind map based on the questions below:
- Why you?
- What issues do you want to address with your project?
- How did you come up with this idea?
- What solutions are you proposing to the problem?
- How active are you among your peers and community?
- What resources do you have to bring about change?
- Who among your friends and supporters will help you along the way?
- Include your full name, phone number, email address, and any other information you think we may need.
