The Women’s Fund Armenia (WFA) is seeking a committed, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant to the Directors to support the operational, logistical, and administrative functions of our growing feminist foundation.
We are looking for someone who believes in gender equality, understands discretion and responsibility, and can hold both structure and flexibility in a dynamic, values-based organization.
About Women’s Fund Armenia
Women’s Fund Armenia is a feminist philanthropic foundation practicing participatory grantmaking and supporting grassroots women’s and gender-justice initiatives across Armenia. We work to strengthen women’s civil society, amplify marginalized voices, and respond to crises with care, strategy, and solidarity.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Logistical Support
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and internal logistics
- Support implementation of programs and grant activities
- Assist with procurement processes and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination for Directors
- Assist with financial documentation follow-ups (receipts, invoices, contracts)
Communication & Writing
- Draft emails, letters, and internal communications in Armenian and English
- Support editing of reports and external communications
- Assist in preparing materials for partners and donors
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in administrative or operational roles (preferred)
- Alignment with feminist and social justice values
